It's Judgement Day!!!
Today is the big day! My work will be judged. I'm so afraid! Hehheheheh!!!
I don't know what's going to be the result but I really hope for the best.
After all, I've learned something again this semester and the good news is I'm going to have a chance to apply what I've learned once again. I hope it works so that all my hardship won't be put to waste.
See you again!^^

An Intro of My DECALL Project
Last week, our professor have introduced the windows movie maker, a user-friendly movie making software. Well, actually this tool has already been introduced way back when I was taking my first ever semester in CAU but I'm glad that I'm able to use it again. Through watching this movie/video, I hope that it could give an overview or a glimpse of what my project is all about. ^^

SNS- Social Networking Sites (CMC II)
Twitter is one example of a social networking site. Last week, we've learned how to "tweet" but honestly i didn't find it interesting at all so during the class I wasn't able to follow the instructions very well and until now...I think I'm not tweeting well.
After browsing the reading assignment on SNS, I realized that thing thing...the tweeting thing, could actually be a helpful tool for FL students. Most (or maybe some?) of the reasons why this tool can be helpful came from the personal needs of the learners such as wanting to socialize, being able to show their identity and receive reactions from friends or visitors of their site, etc. And now, there is what we call neomillennial FL students who are involved in studying language through internet-mediation rather than face to face interaction. Hmmm...this is just an intro to SNS^^. According to the study on twittering as a language tool for L2 learners, they said that students were very much thrilled on tweeting and just keeps on tweeting because they became more expressive and wrote longer tweets also they were more willing to talk about things.
One thing that I found most interesting in here was the suggested projects that would require comunicative activities unique to the SNS genre and I think I shall be using some for my DECALL project (e.g. beginner profiles and posting photos).^^
